About Event
☀️ We're DOIN' IT AGAIN! GTA Pong's 6th Annual Summer Smash is taking place at Mimos Coliving's pad, just north of Bloor - Spadina (next to Dupont subway station).
😎 This is a meet and greet and also a ping pong tournament! All skill levels welcomed; please tell us your skill level when you register.
⏱️ Main Event: Sunday, August 16th, 2026 @ 2:00pm - 9:00pm
⏱️ Backup rain day: Sunday, August 23rd, 2026 @ 2:00pm - 9:00pm
⏱️ We've been asked to pack it up before sunset (cleanup starting around 7 - 7:30pm) which is plenty of pong time. One table will probably still be available to play on from 7:30 - 9pm.
⏱️ Mimos After-Hours Event: 9:00pm onward. All are welcome to attend; info announced soon.
🏓 # of Tables: 2 regular tables + 1 mini table.
📍 Location: Near Dupont Subway Station. Exact address will be revealed upon registration.
🏪 Spot Name: Huron House by Mimos Coliving. Backyard is long & narrow; Hai has professional floormats and will roll out if necessary (we didn't need this last year). FYI this is a casual setup and the TT will be played outdoors.
↖️ Access: Ping Hai if you have any questions regarding how access to the building. TTC / Uber is recommended; there's an LCBO parking lot across the street (no guarantees that you can park there hah).

🎟 Entry Fee for non-VIPs: $10
⭐ Volunteers: Event setup / cleanup volunteers greatly appreciated. Volunteers get in free of charge and will also receive a Volunteer Recognition Gift Certificate :) Volunteer orientation video call is required in the week before the event.
💳 Payment Method: All cards accepted. You'll be asked to purchase your tickets automatically upon registration. If you're a regular, you can save your payment method in Luma for future ticket purchases.
